Do you know someone who’s having a hard time this season? Are you?
We hope you’ll join us and invite someone to come with you to our Blue Christmas Service on
December 21st at 5:00pm in the Great Room.
We are gathering together to acknowledge the hope we have in this season, even in the midst of challenges, losses, and struggles. The Blue Christmas service is a quieter, softer service in the middle of a noisy season, to remember those we have lost, to acknowledge what we are missing, and just to put our tougher emotions at the foot of the cross. The Blue Christmas Service is reflective time, softer worship, scripture, and candle lighting.
Is this Blue Christmas Service just for people who are grieving? Not really. The Blue Christmas Service is for anyone who has a little sadness, loneliness, or loss this season. Because let’s face it, life is hard sometimes. And all this holiday noise doesn’t always make us feel included or loved. Lots of us are missing something or someone this season. Whether you want to honor someone you’ve lost or you want to honor your own conflicted emotions, we hope you’ll join us on December 21st at 5:00pm.
