The study of the Holy Scriptures is a life-time task for followers of Jesus Christ. The Apostle Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 “  All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.”

Hope currently offers several weekly opportunities for Bible Study:

Sundays 10:30 am – 11:30 am

Children & Youth

Sunday School: PK3 through 5th Grade. Meets in Rooms 214-218.  We are using "Simply Loved" curriculum from Group Publishing. "Simply Loved" strategically gives kids a Christ-centered, foundational journey through God's story of love. Each quarter explores Biblical truths from the Old and New Testaments.

Confirmation:  Level 1 - Old Testament; Level 2 - New Testament; Level 3 - Luther's Small Catechism (Confirmation meets from 10:30 to 11:30 am.)

High School Bible Study: 9th-12th Grade.  Senior High Youth will offer a "Seniors Only" group this fall focusing on current events and navigating the transition from high school to young adult life. This is great group for both seniors and those who have just graduated and are just dabbling their toes into the next chapter!

Youth in grades 9-11 this fall will dig into how the Old and New Testaments weave together and what any and all of it has to do with us in the 21st Century. We will also draw on the theme of the upcoming National Youth Gathering (2022), "In All Things" from Colossians 1:15-20.

This late teen/eary 20 somethings group provides both fellowship and Bible study for those in college or just entering the work force.
